GUBR - Global Urban Beautification Rampage - aims to beautify urban landscapes, one nifty slipcover at a time. It hopes to stimulate inquiry into such themes as public art, freedom of expression, and vandalism. It is a form of graffiti, that by “tagging” things with methodically hand-crafted pieces, creates visual as well as tactile art for public enjoyment.
